2kg peeled Australian Tiger Prawns, 1 Dozen Pacific Oysters, 3 Balmain Bugs cut in half, 1 blue swimmer Crab and 1 Lobster cut in half arranged neatly on a platter with lemon and cocktail Sauce.

Please note that listed prawn weights refer to whole (unpeeled) prawns. Once peeled, the final weight will be reduced due to the removal of shells. All platters are prepared using the full stated weight before peeling
