Shipping policy

  • Contact phone number must be left during checkout for our delivery driver to contact you if there are any issues.

 

  • Shipping is only available through our own local delivery driver which will assure adequate insulation and storage during transportation.

 

  • Items will be delivered in a box with ice which you can either accept in full or ask to only collect your goods directly from the container during delivery.

 

  • The delivery driver will confirm with you to leave the container in a safe place if there is no one present to accept the goods.

 

  • If there is no one to accept delivery and goods cannot be left in a safe place, items will be returned to one of our stores for pickup.

 

  • Cancellation requires 48 hours notice - email shop@zagseafood.com.au with order number and cancellation reason.

 

  • Note that for whole fish and prawns the total weight displayed refers to the size of the produce when selected from the markets, removal of parts of the produce will alter the final weight delivered to you. By default this applies to whole fish as the standard procedure is to remove scales and clean the insides, unless a selection has been made to not do this.
